Sheffield’s Showroom, on Paternoster Row, will be playing host to a 1920s Murder Mystery Evening on March 24th, courtesy of events management team, Trio Events.

The evening, which runs from 7.45-10.30pm, is part of a university project, and will also raise money for two charities. All proceeds from the event will be split evenly between Sheffield Mencap and Gateway, which helps people with learning disabilities, and nationwide children’s charity, Barnardo’s.

Emma Head, 20, an Events Management student at Sheffield Hallam University, and one quarter of Trio Events, said the night “promises to be a great event.” She said they are hoping to attract somewhere in the region of 70 people, and further raffles and competitions will take place on and before the night.

Tickets cost £10, include a complimentary drink and nibbles, and are available by contacting Trio Events at trioevents@live.co.uk, or by calling 07882268073. For further details, visit the 1920s Murder Mystery Evening’s event page on Facebook.
